PV Substation & Grid Connection Infrastructure
Project Overview
Substation construction, MV/LV equipment installation, grid connection
This project involved the delivery of critical electrical infrastructure required for the integration of a utility-scale photovoltaic power plant into the distribution network. Beyond generation assets themselves, grid infrastructure remains a defining element of project bankability and long-term operational reliability - and this reference highlights our capability in that essential layer of delivery.
The scope included the construction of four 10.5/0.8 kV substations rated at 2 MVA, one 10.5/0.8 kV substation rated at 2.5 MVA, the installation of all relevant medium-voltage and low-voltage equipment, and the execution of a 4 km grid connection cable linking the project to the main DSO substation. This assignment demonstrates our ability to deliver the electrical backbone required for safe, compliant, and technically robust renewable energy integration.
